Dr. Dan Tweeton is currently accepting new patients at Tweeton Family Chiropractic in Washington, Iowa.

Whether you are dealing with low back pain, mid back pain, neck pain, certain types of headaches, extremity problems involving the arms or legs, or you are simply looking for chiropractic care for yourself or your family, we would be glad to help.

If you have never been to a chiropractor before, we would be honored to be your first chiropractic experience. Our goal is to make your first visit clear, comfortable, and easy to understand from start to finish.

What to Expect on Your First Visit

Your first visit typically includes new patient paperwork, a consultation with Dr. Dan Tweeton, a chiropractic examination, a report of findings, and appropriate treatment depending on your condition and examination findings.

From start to finish, the first visit usually takes about 30 minutes, although this may vary depending on your condition and individual need

Do I Need a Referral?

No referral is needed to schedule an appointment at our office. You may call us directly to set up your first visit at 319-653-2351.

What Should I Wear?

Loose-fitting, comfortable clothing is preferred because you may be moved into different positions during the examination and treatment.

For comfort and modesty, we recommend wearing pants, shorts, or athletic-style clothing. If wearing a skirt or dress, we recommend wearing shorts underneath.

What Should I Bring?

Please bring your insurance information, if you would like us to check coverage, along with a form of payment.

We accept:

Insurance and Payment

We accept some, but not all, insurance plans.

Because insurance coverage can vary by plan, we recommend calling our office before your first visit if you have questions about your coverage.

Patients are also welcome to pay directly for care. Our office accepts cash, check, and credit card.
